  • Hours of operation: Mon-Sat, 9am-6pm (actual schedule can vary)

What will you be doing?

Handling office tasks, such as filing, scheduling appts, scheduling appts

Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.

Greet and assist visitors as they come in for their appts

Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
