Summary of Role and Position:

The Sourcing Specialist/Recruiter works in support of the HR team to hire across all functions and locations within The Robison Group. They will proactively manage the full talent acquisition life cycle including but not limited to sourcing, screening, and interviewing the most qualified applicants. They will also be responsible for managing the companies’ ATS, ensuring internal compliance, and providing feedback on the candidate experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform sourcing to fill open positions: locating candidates via job boards, social media, and other sourcing streams as needed.

  • Partner with hiring managers to gain a deeper understanding of the vacancies and the hiring managers’ needs.

  • Assist in developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.

  • Take calls/emails on candidate status and/or open job questions.

  • Screen resumes against desired qualifications and select the best qualified applicants for phone interviews.

  • Schedule and coordinate initial phone interviews.

  • Provide company information to candidates regarding company policies, salary, and hiring.

  • Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Applicant Tracking System: resume, application, PSQs, etc.

  • Coordinate interviews between the hiring managers and candidates.

  • Maintain data integrity in applicant tracking and job board platforms.

  • Drafting and editing job descriptions for vacancies.

  • Create/edit interview questionnaires per position.

  • Maintain company and employee confidentiality at all times.

    Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist in leading employment branding initiatives for hiring.

  • Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events as needed.

  • Assist in onboarding processes as needed.

  • Continuously look for ways to optimize candidate experience while also reducing costs.

  • Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience.

  • Assist in utilizing metrics to create reports and to identify areas of improvement.

    Qualifications & Experience:

  • Associate’s degree in related field is a plus (i.e. Human Resources, Business Administration). Experience and work history will be weighted equally to education.

  • Minimum of 1-2 years combined experience in sourcing/recruiting.

  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills.

  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent computer skills including 60 WPM Typing, Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Proficient with Adobe Acrobat (General Tech Savviness is a plus).

  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems (experience w/Bamboo HR is a plus).

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold company policies and standards.

  • Exhibit a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and assist with projects simultaneously.

  • Ability to work with varying priority levels.

    Schedule:

  • Standard work week will be Monday through Friday, operating from the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST.

    Compensation & Benefits:

  • Starting Rate is $18.00/hr.

  • Pay is commensurate with experience.

  • Flex schedule available upon successful completion of onboarding.

  • This includes ability to work within the hours of 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST.

  • With this flexible scheduling, compressed workweeks are also available upon approval.

  • Bonus structures available based on hiring cycle/needs.
