Our client is seeking a Process Technician. If you enjoy ensuring machines are running and all processes are in control and always running to standards, this is the job for you! ? This is a Direct Hire Opportunity. The pay range for this role is $24-28/hr based on experience.

Job Functions:

• Responsible for machine start-ups.

• First response to all machines, robot, thermometer, and secondary equipment alarms.

• Ensures machines and robots are running at optimum efficiency.

• Troubleshoot machine, mold and material problems.

• Report to Production shift supervisors and difficulties or problems requiring special attention.

• Responsible for the accurate completion of process verification, tool reports and mistake proofing checks sheets as required.

• Responsible for all Die change activities not done by a Die Setter.

• Responsible for maintaining the appearance of all thermolaters, robot control stations, DME units, etc.

• Responsible for continuous improvements.

• Maintain high standards of housekeeping in respective areas.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years of related experience and or training.

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customer or employees of organization.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

• Industrial maintenance.

• Hi-Lo license required.

• Crane and rigging training required.

Pay Details: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour
