Description Robert Half is seeking a Part-Time Marketing Design Coordinator to support our commercial real estate client in Troy, Michigan. The contract part time Marketing Design Coordinator role involves a dynamic blend of marketing, content creation, and graphic design. As a Marketing Design Coordinator, you will be tasked with creating visually engaging content for print and digital platforms, implementing marketing research, and carrying out creative projects. Seeking candidates open to working onsite in Troy 2 days per week.

Responsibilities • Develop and design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, sales sheets, and booklets. • Work on designing proposals, signage, and social media graphics. • Contribute to the creation and design of publications and magazines. • Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe InDesign, and Canva for various design projects. • Implement marketing research to inform the creation of impactful design content. • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment of design with brand awareness and marketing strategies. • Maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems for tracking and reporting marketing efforts. • Develop copywriting content for advertisements and promotional materials. • Showcase graphic design skills through maintaining a solid portfolio of work. • Work on various creative projects as part of a collaborative team. Requirements • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Marketing, Communications, or Graphic Design role • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe InDesign and strong portfolio of graphic design samples • Experience in CRM platform usage • Solid understanding of brand awareness strategies • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal • Experience in copywriting for diverse marketing channels • Strong graphic design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and details • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively • Strong organizational and project management skills • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design or a related field is preferred • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think outside the box • Knowledge of the latest marketing trends and techniques • Ability to work onsite in Troy office 2 days per week up to 25 hours per week starting out Innovation starts with people.®
