TEKsystems Customer Service Representative in Troy, Michigan

TEKsystems is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative to work with a well-know loan solutions company. If you have 1-3+ years of recent customer service/call center experience and are looking to continue your career at a great company - apply today!

  • Pay: $17.00/hour

  • Shift: Monday-Friday 10:00am-6:30pm

  • Hybrid position - 2 days in-office/3 days remote (office located in Troy, MI)

Job Description:

  • Interact with customers and clients to request or provide insurance documents, proof of insurance, collect payment information and conduct follow-up.

  • Provide customers with product and service information.

  • Process insurance documents and claims.

  • Strive for each call to be a "one call resolution" to the issue at hand.

  • Respond to letters/calls pertaining to missing information.

  • Will be speaking with insurance agents and carriers

Qualifications:

  • 1-3+ recent years of call center or retail customer service experience

  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Reliable/able to work in office 2 days/week
