Description

Our client is a quickly growing company seeking a Corporate Paralegal. This Paralegal will assist with various legal activities involving contracts, corporate governance, general business matters, and employment issues. The role requires high attention to detail, exceptional computer and reasoning skills, and excellent communication capabilities. Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing and managing all types of contracts including but not limited to vendor contracts, customer agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and employment contracts.

Help in maintaining the corporate governance materials and records of the company.

Perform legal research and analysis on a wide range of business and corporate matters.

Prepare legal documents such as corporate resolutions, legal memos and briefs.

Liaise with external legal counsel and coordinate with various departments within the company in addressing legal issues.

Facilitate the implementation of legal and compliance policies and procedures.

Assist in legal matters related to employment such as employment contracts, labor disputes, and compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications:

At least 2+ years experience as a Paralegal, preferably in corporate setting.

Deep understanding and knowledge of contracts, corporate governance and business laws.

Exceptional computer skills and proficiency in legal research is a must.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
