Job Description:

Associates will be assisting customers with claims on their homeowner’s insurance. The specialist manages the loss claim from the point of reporting through completion of the repairs.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• 1+ years office experience in a customer service, administrative, data entry or production role (1+ year)

• Type at least 35 WPM

• Basic Excel skills

Hours

Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm

Fully onsite for 6 months then opportunity to go hybrid
