Our Temporary Executive Talent Analyst is accountable for:

• Researching and studying various companies to identify potential Executive level candidates for pipelines on future openings.

• Partner with Executive Recruiters.

• Sourcing on LinkedIn and using CRM (Thrive) for Executive level openings.

Essential Skills:

• Must have sourcing and talent research analysis experience at an Executive level.

• Experience with and ability to find & attract passive talent.

• Familiarity with and comfortable working in a data driven environment; Meet and/or exceed all outlined scorecard targets.
