Our client, a leader in the renewable energy sector, is seeking a Disassembly Technician to join their team. As a Disassembly Technician, you will be part of the operations team supporting the efficient recycling of solar panel components. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent manual dexterity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Disassembly Technician

Location: Trinity, AL

Pay Range: $15.00/hr

What's the Job?

• Use hand tools to disassemble solar panel frames from modules.

• Palletize parts for efficient storage and transportation.

• Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.

• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

What's Needed?

• Ability to work Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Experience with hand tools and basic mechanical skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

• Good physical stamina and ability to lift and move materials as needed.

• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to safety and quality.
