Robert Half Sales Operations Coordinator IV (Contractor) in Trevose, Pennsylvania

Description We are offering a contract opportunity for a Sales Assistant in Trevose, Pennsylvania. This role involves providing support in sales administration, generating sales-related reports, and acting as an extension of the sales team. The position is within the telecom industry and requires the ability to work with moderate supervision and to make an individual impact on the team.

Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team in administration tasks and act as an extension of the team

• Generate and provide sales-related reports

• Handle data entry and reconciliation to ensure accurate month-end affiliate revenue booking and processing

• Identify and quantify billing adjustments to the sales force and work order errors to improve work order accuracy

• Research unreported/unpaid accounts and ensure the timely collection of revenue through communication with distributors

• Update affiliate information through additional data entry to ensure continual accuracy

• Undertake all aspects of credit control work, including the production of reminder letters and frequent contact with clients via phone and email

• Review client ledger balance reports with the Product Sales team, taking necessary action in relation to client funds

• Coordinate data collection from internal and external personnel, entering into standard and customized report formats and generating reports as requested

• Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance, with the ability to work variable schedules and overtime as necessary.

• Experience in data entry, reporting, and review processes

• Ability to supervise and provide workstation support

• Strong phone presence and customer service skills

• Knowledge of reconciliations, billing, and collection processes

• Understanding of production and revenue accounting

• Familiarity with credit procedures and policies

• Consistent attendance and punctuality

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites

• Experience in research analysis and making appropriate adjustments

• Ability to read and understand specifications

• Knowledge of ledger and funds management

• Experience in data collection processes

• Willingness to work overtime when necessary

• Experience working with or managing distributors.
