Must be able to accurately compile financial information and effectively communicate the results to the team, providing feedback and direction when things appear to be off-track. As the Finance Accounting Manager, a strong sense of urgency and will to achieve goals is a must. This person should also be self-motivated, disciplined, and have a \"can-do\" attitude, leading the accounting function, preparing financial reports, maintaining the cost accounting systems, and performing moderate to complex accounting assignments. Key Responsibilities: LMA Leadership + Management = Accountability Financial Reporting Oversee daily accounting functions and review for accuracy. Financial Analysis/Forecasting Monitor KPIs as they relate to company health. Risk Elimination Identifies areas of risk and propose steps to mitigate. This is an on-site position in our new, state-of-the-art facility, located in Trevor, Wisconsin, which is in Kenosha County and near the Illinois border. CPA is a plus. 5+ years of accounting experience required. Ability to work in a structured environment with accuracy and attention to detail. Must possess strong analytical skills as well as a solid understanding of costing and manufacturing accounting. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel PowerPoint, Project, and Access. Experience with SAGE preferred Solid understanding of GAAP reporting, IFRS reporting a plus.
