Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support phase 3 of the client's project. This position will be a full-time contract and hybrid , with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

What You’ll Do

  • Demonstrated experience in the standard concepts, practices, and deliverables related to Business Analysis in support of software development projects

  • Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of the project

  • Review vendor Statement of Works, provide feedback and recommendations to the CIO

  • Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary

  • Update project epics, user stories, and tasks in the Jira Project Management tool and provide summary reports for the client

  • Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs for Phase 3 - data collection

  • Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users

  • Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders

  • Perform requirement analysis and document requirements

  • Translate business requirements into user stories for execution in agile delivery mode

  • Manage competing resources and priorities

  • Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions

  • Demonstrate progressive leadership in the complete life cycle of software development in Agile and Waterfall methodologies and possess excellent written & oral communication skills and interpersonal skills

What You'll Need

Required:

  • 7 plus years' experience gathering, documenting, and analyzing requirements

  • 7 plus years' experience translate business requirements into user stories for execution in agile delivery mode

  • 7 plus years' experience manage competing resources, projects, and priorities

  • 7 plus years' experience stakeholder Communication & Management

  • 7 plus years' experience agile Methodologies

  • 7 plus years' experience creating Functional Specifications & Use Cases

  • 7 plus years' experience collaboration with Cross-functional Teams

  • 7 plus years' experience User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & Test Case Development

  • 7 plus years' experience risk Analysis & Mitigation Strategies

  • 7 plus years' experience project Management Support

  • Bachelor’s Degree

Physical Demands
