Position Summary:
The Senior ACBS Project Manager will manage ACBS infrastructure projects, coordinate with vendors, and ensure seamless implementation of system enhancements. This role requires extensive hands-on experience with ACBS (up to version 8) and the ability to work collaboratively with business, technical, and QA teams to drive successful project completion.
Essential Duties:
• Manage and administer system business functions to ensure continuous and uninterrupted system availability.
• Lead ACBS infrastructure projects, including launching new versions and collaborating with vendors.
• Coordinate test cases using JTMF and develop test plans for ITQA testing (no coding required).
• Assist in drafting business requirements and managing solutions.
• Identify key takeaways from meetings and document meeting notes.
• Capture detailed notes from user stories and perform backend system validation.
• Evaluate system functionalities, recommend necessary code fixes, and escalate issues requiring resolution.
• Oversee project milestones and production fixes delivered by vendors.
• Collaborate closely with the QA team to ensure quality standards.
• Participate in enterprise solution design and workflow mapping.
Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of experience working with ACBS up to Version 8.
• Experience with Commercial Banking Systems (SHAW).
• Familiarity with Syndication Participation Deal Servicing.
• Understanding of Loan System to General Ledger mapping and processing.
• Ability to independently translate user requirements into technical specifications.
• Expertise in process improvement and technical knowledge application.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills.
• Proven ability to create and execute test plans, perform issue triage, and manage defect resolution.
• Ability to analyze data for consistencies and anomalies to support test script development.
• Experience using Jira and working with business line, risk, and operational partners.
Skills and Job-Specific Competencies:
• Proven communication skills with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Demonstrated follow-up skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proven experience in large-scale corporate systems analysis and project execution.
Travel Requirements: No travel will be required, unless at the client's discretion.

Salary Range: SolomonEdwards values your unique and individual experience and background. As such, we take a comprehensive approach when determining compensation for our roles. The compensation for this specific role is based on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to, education, licensure and certifications, location, experience, and training. A reasonable estimate for the current hourly range for this role is $80 – 85.
