Fujifilm Quality Support Field Manager - East Coast in Trenton, New Jersey
Position Overview
We are hiring for a Quality Support Field Manager who will manage a regional team ofQuality Support Specialists (QSS)and Store Support Representatives (SSR) that perform services and marketing/operations training with retail customer associates. This role manages the day-to-day operations of the QSS and SSR teams, works closely with retail customers to understand operational and technical issues, works with external vendors to provide operational direction, and with internal sales and marketing teams to promote new products and sales. This position will be remote located on the East Coast.
This position will build positive long-term relationships with the customer’s corporate and store management, and with Fujifilm field service, product development, and marketing teams.

Job Description
Responsibilities
Provide operational direction to the Quality Support Specialists (QSS) and Store Support Representative (SSR) team members.
Work closely with internal and external account support teams to address technical and operational issues. Develops and executes plans to address issues and takes corrective action as needed.
Work closely with external vendors to oversee the QSS and SSR teams including providing directives and coordinating activities.
Ensure that QSS and SSR teams are properly trained on new products and operational changes as required.
Create and maintain performance reports to monitor and track weekly/monthly activity. Use available tools to research technical and operational issues, identify contributing factors and trends.
Manage expenses for the QSS and SSR teams.
Work with customer management to create and manage operational, maintenance, and training procedures and documentation. Create processes and procedures for retail associates according to customer requirements.
Build positive long-term relationships with the customer’s headquarter staff and store management, field service management, product, and marketing teams.
Travel to vendor and customer locations to work with field services teams on equipment service processes, and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills/Education
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or 5+ years of equivalent experience in the field service industry.
3+ years of management experience
2+ years of program management experience, including data analytics
Exceptional organization, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
Desired Skills
Ability to present both verbally and written to internal and external management.
Ability to work with varied teams and skill levels.
Knowledge of finance and accounting.
Knowledge of project management principles.
Experience working in or supporting the retail industry.
Knowledge of retail photofinishing industry a plus.
Salary and Benefits: (Include for roles that are/can be based in NY and CO)
$80,000 depending on experience; bonus eligible
