Job Summary
This position is responsible for all project controls functions including schedule management, risk management, earned value management, cost & change management, document management and contract procurement management on small, low capital project(s). This position serves as the project controls management representative to ensure the Project Team's success. This position requires a detailed understanding of project management principles and practices.
This position is Remote
Must be able to support business hours of EST
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.
Supports overall project management systems implementation in the tracking, forecasting, analysis, and reporting of project costs, schedules, and key performance indicators on assigned project.
Tracks and provides analysis on costs, commitments, accruals, trends and changes to the Project Manager.
Project accounting functions including managing the budget, tracking of team expenses and minimizing exposure and risk in the project.
Ensure project documents are complete.
Manages the Contracts and Procurement systems including Client Contract Administration, invoicing, issue of purchase order and subcontract agreements, subcontractor payment distributions, and project accounts payables.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This job has no supervisory duties.
Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.
A. Education and Experience
Education: Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Business Administration, Accounting/ Finance, Project Management, Marketing, or similar area of study, or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience.
Experience: Three (3) years of relevant work experience in Project Controls, Document Controls, Project Procurement (in addition to education requirement).
B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements
None required.
C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Must live and work in the United States.
Required to use motor coordination with finger dexterity (such as keyboarding, machine operation, etc.) most of the work day;

Required to be exposed to physical occupational risks (such as cuts, burns, exposure to toxic chemicals, etc.) rarely;
Required to be exposed to physical environment which involves dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes or similar elements occasionally;
Normal setting for this job is: office setting/construction site.
Travel up to 20% is possible based on the assigned project requirements.
The expected base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $68,000_ - $82.000_. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
