Position Summary

This role supports Sales strategy and compensation alignment. The successful candidate will have experience with finance business operational strategy as a whole.

This role will develop actionable reporting and improved transparency for our Sales and Finance teams. You will be a consultative advisor for internal business partners in support of margin driving initiatives. Responsible for overseeing technology and reporting for Sales compensation.

In this role, the Manager will coordinate with Senior Sales leadership and Compensation teams in achieving the segments financial goals. Financial modeling of sales compensation and support strategic projects.

Candidates should:

• Have related work experience in finance, consulting, or accounting. Health care industry experience is helpful but not required.

• Work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

• Possess strong analytical and problem resolution skills.

• Communicate effectively with a diverse audience.

Required Qualifications

  • 5 or more years of professional work experience in business operation

strategy, finance, and or accounting.

  • Experience with business operational strategy, financial planning, analysis, P&L, reporting or accounting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills with and ability to streamline processes if applicable.

  • Have experience in Financial Planning, Analysis and /or analytical reporting.

  • Experience with Salesforce and Tableau applications

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$72,360.00 - $159,120.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
