Monday-Friday, 2:30pm-10:30pm
Call: 2 weeknights per month, 1 weekend every other month

Special Procedures Tech
Under general supervision, operates standard, portable, and specialized x-ray equipment to perform radiographic examinations used for diagnosis and treatment. Provides appropriate patient care, digital images and instructs Radiology students as needed.
Responsible for being the liaison between the Operating Room (OR) and General Radiology in regards to coordinating cases and equipment. Performs imaging in the OR with specialized x-ray equipment under the direct supervision of the Surgeon.
What’s Required:
High School or GED
Completion of an AMA approved course curriculum in Radiologic Technology, either in a hospital or college based school of Radiologic Technology.
Minimum 2 Previous experience as a Staff Technologist.
Preferred Previous experience in any Radiology subspecialty, such as Special Procedures, Mammography, Nuclear Medicine, MRI, CT or Ultrasound.
