We are seeking a skilled and experienced full-time Accounting Supervisor to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all GTC essential accounting activity. Coordinate and collaborate with administrative team ensuring timely reporting to managing partners.
  • Prepare monthly WIP reporting and review with managing Partners.
  • Review monthly financial statements with our accounting firm. Ensure timely closing of accounting periods.
  • Monitor and manager Daily Cash Management, including receipts and payments. Provide ongoing reporting to managing Partners.
  • Effectively oversee and manage company credit card program.
  • Provide administrative support to other team members in various areas including accounting, human resources, and project management.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies, government and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure effective cross training among accounting and administrative team members.
  • Provide guidance and supervision to accounting team members including Accounts Receivables/Payables Coordinators, and Payroll function.

Education and Experience:

  • Two or more Years Accounting experience in General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Job Costing, Cash Management and Payroll. Experience should also include management of Federal and State Taxes; bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting/payments.
  • High attention to detail, critical thinking and problem solving.
  • Handles sensitive and confidential information professionally.
  • Construction knowledge is beneficial, but not crucial.

Pay and Benefits:

  • Annual salary range of $62,000 to $78,000 based on qualifications and experience.
