OandG Industries, Inc., an innovative and diversified construction company based out of Torrington, CT, is seeking an experiencedCarpenter Foremanto join ourHeavy Civildivision to supportCT DOT transportation projects.We are a highly respected leader in our field and ranked as one of the top construction firms in the Northeast.
You will oversee concrete carpenter crews on large and small DOT projectsthroughout Connecticut.The position is currently located in Central CT. Occasional weekend work will occur based on timeline requirements.
Ideal candidates will have 7-10+ years of experience leading crews working on highway and bridge projects.
We look for proven leaders with seasoned technical experience and excellent communication and interpersonal skills - you will help us develop and lead highly engaged teams. We also expect a proven dedication to Safety - this means OSHA certification and a deep knowledge and appreciation of safety processes and the ability and confidence to enforce job-site safety expectations.
