The Product Manager provides leadership and supervisory responsibility for medium-sized operational/administrative team(s)) of clerical/support employees. Good understanding of procedures and concepts within own technical/subject area and a basic knowledge of other areas in order to understand how they relate to own area. Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the subfunction/ job family. Improves process efficiencies in support of unit objectives. Requires a basic conceptual/ practical grounding in policies as they apply to the business. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact. Influences decisions through advice, counsel, facilitating services to others or through joint accountability for volume, quality and timeliness of end results. No direct responsibility for financial or resource planning. Work generally affects own team as well as other closely related work teams. Full supervisory responsibilities. Including duties such as performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary and terminations as well as direction of daily tasks and responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
The Product Specialist provides drafting and delivery of crucial sales support to sales and service teams in the form of Request for Proposal “RFP” and Due Diligence Questionnaire “DDQ” completion, database maintenance, pitch book support, and other critical sales support assistance
Responsible for contributing to content library, as well as identifying opportunities for quality improvements
Ensure quality and consistency of all projects they work on
Respond to variety of assignments across business, consultant questionnaires, and other project deemed necessary to support sales efforts
Participate in planning sessions with the global team and, if necessary, with sales, product management, operations, subject matter experts, and senior management to gain understanding of the prospect and how to best position the RFP response Meet proposal deadlines by establishing priorities and target dates and managing to them effectively
Work in close partnership with control functions such as Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk, Audit, Finance in order to ensure appropriate governance and control infrastructure
Build a culture of responsible finance, good governance and supervision, expense discipline and ethics
Appropriately assess risk/reward of transactions when making business decisions; and ensure that all team members understand the need to do the same, demonstrating proper consideration for the firm’s reputation.
Be familiar with and adhere to Citi’s Code of Conduct and the Plan of Supervision for Global Markets and Securities Services; and ensure that all team members understand the need to do the same

Qualifications:
2-5 years relevant experience
Excellent knowledge of the Investor Services and/or traditional asset manager business
Advanced computer skills with MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
Proven communications and project management skills
Qvidian database knowledge preferred
Demonstrates an appreciation of a diverse workforce
Appreciates differences in style or perspective and uses differences to add value to decisions or actions and organizational success
Education:
- Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience

El objetivo general de este puesto es administrar pérdidas por fraude al asegurarse de que los analistas tomen decisiones correctas a través de la metodología de equilibrio de riesgos y recompensas.
Responsabilidades:
Ofrecer su experiencia analítica profesional en relación con la prevención de fraude y el control de pérdidas
Analizar tendencias de fraude, realizar una investigación sobre pérdidas y analizar datos referentes al tipo de pérdida para determinar la naturaleza de los patrones de fraude.
Validar datos complejos de manera independiente y hacer recomendaciones a gerentes de carteras en función de la disponibilidad y el análisis de datos.
Resolver diversos problemas de fraude con un impacto posiblemente mayor y proporcionar orientación y aportes a equipos para contribuir a los esfuerzos por mejorar los procesos.
Integrar conocimientos profundos del área de especialidad con una sólida comprensión de las normas y prácticas de la industria.
Proporcionar orientación informal o capacitación en el trabajo a nuevos miembros del equipo, según sea necesario.
Garantizar la calidad y puntualidad de los servicios proporcionados para respaldar al propio equipo y a los equipos estrechamente relacionados.

Calificaciones:
Entre 2 y 5 años de experiencia en un puesto relacionado
Demuestra una comunicación escrita y verbal clara y concisa de manera constante.
Educación:
- Título universitario/de licenciatura o experiencia equivalente.
