Join the PDS Tech Commercial Team as a Tool & Die Maker or CNC Operator!

We are seeking highly skilled Tool & Die Makers and CNC Operators to join our growing operation. Bring your expertise to a role that values craftsmanship, ingenuity, and adaptability.

What You’ll Do

As a Tool & Die Maker or CNC Operator, you’ll:

• Machining: Operate manual lathes and milling machines to craft custom parts and modify existing ones. Evaluate tasks for the best approach.

• CNC Operation: Leverage your CNC expertise on 3-axis machines for precise machining tasks.

• Wire EDM: Collaborate with team members to support wire EDM projects, even if you're new to the process.

• Fabrication: Perform sheet metal work, hand forming, and other fabrication techniques to support test stands and innovative projects.

• Problem-Solving: Use your experience to advise and assist clients and team members with unique challenges.

• TIG Welding: Weld a variety of metals, including Aluminum, Magnesium, Stainless Steels, and Titanium—even unknown alloys.

• Timely Execution: Deliver exceptional results on time, maintaining high-quality standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience (10+ years is a bonus!).

• Skills:

• Strong machining expertise (manual lathes and milling).

• CNC operation skills with a focus on precision.

• TIG welding expertise across diverse metals.

• Problem-solving mindset and a wide degree of creativity.

• Familiarity with wire EDM is a plus.

• Flexibility: Ability to handle diverse tasks, switch gears efficiently, and maintain order.

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Pay Details: $28.26 per hour
