Lead supervisors, professionals and operators who support the manufacturing of Honeywell's world class innovative products. You will leverage your manufacturing experience and leadership skills to lead some of the world's most talented manufacturing teams. You will use your leadership abilities to drive safety, productivity, and exceptional quality across a complex Honeywell production facility. Through your leadership of cross functional teams, you will develop strategy, hold teams accountable and drive continuous improvement. As a senior leader, you will coach your supervisors in leadership and behavioral competencies in order to deliver high impact business results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop supervisors of individual contributors

• Lead productivity improvement projects

• Strategy development

• Drive culture of continuous improvement

• Collaborate with customer and cross functional teams

• Ensure practices and processes are robust

• Talent management

• Resource management in a dynamic environment

• Executive communication

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Compensation & Benefits:

Incentive Eligible

Salary Range: $155,000 - $194,000
