Description We are in search of a Sr. Accountant to join our team in Torrance, California. As a Sr. Accountant, you will be expected to carry out a variety of finance and accounting tasks in a dynamic environment. Your main tasks will encompass managing AP and AR processes, ensuring compliance with GAAP and relevant regulations, and preparing financial statements.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure a healthy cash flow

• Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and all relevant regulations

• Prepare comprehensive financial statements on a regular basis

• Conduct account reconciliation and balance sheet reconciliation tasks

• Handle bank reconciliations and journal entries

• Utilize advanced Excel skills for effective financial analysis and reporting

• Maintain a strong understanding of accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, R365

• Leverage your experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry to contribute to our team

• Carry out month-end close processes efficiently

• Utilize Oracle and SAP systems as needed. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Ability to perform Balance Sheet Reconciliation

• Experience with Bank Reconciliations

• Strong understanding of General Ledger management

• Ability to handle Journal Entries

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Month End Close procedures

• Knowledge and experience with NetSuite

• Familiarity with Oracle software

• Proficiency in SAP

• Experience in Hospitality management

• Familiarity with Restaurant 365 software
