We are looking for a REMOTE Market Quality Automotive Analyst!

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Market Quality Automotive Analyst with a strong understanding of engine mechanics. The successful candidate will review photographs of engine mechanical components and determine the correct repair direction, providing guidance to dealer technicians.

Responsibilities:

• Review photographs of engine mechanical components and determine correct repair direction.

• Monitor incoming photos for review.

• Answer calls from dealer technicians and advise on the correct repair direction based on analysis of photographs.

Essential Skills:

• Experience with automotive repair, engine components, crankshaft, and connecting rod bearings.

• Ability to visually analyze differences in photographs.

• Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• Organizational skills.

• Engine mechanical/technical experience.

• Troubleshooting and diagnosis.

• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical repair.
