Description We are in search of a Logistics/Chargebacks Specialist to join our team in the Manufacturing industry, based in Torrance, California. This role involves managing logistics, processing chargebacks, and ensuring smooth operations within our team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage logistics and distribution processes to maintain efficient operations.

• Handle chargebacks and resolve related issues promptly and effectively.

• Process and respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel skills to maintain accurate records and perform data analysis as required.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions based on account status.

• Investigate and resolve issues related to Amazon Vendor Central including shortage claims, price claims, inventory disposal, and returns.

• Maintain accurate records of customer credit applications and other financial transactions.

• Analyze and report on day-to-day Amazon order fulfillment and portal metrics.

• Collaborate with the accounts receivable team to ensure all financial transactions are processed accurately.

• Use your skills in Microsoft Excel, particularly with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs, to maintain and analyze data. Requirements • Possess a solid understanding of logistics and distribution operations.

• Demonstrable experience in handling chargebacks and related claims processing.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report generation.

• Ability to collaborate with different teams for smooth operations.

• Strong problem-solving skills to address logistics and chargeback issues promptly.

• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with internal teams and external partners.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience in the manufacturing industry.

• Strong organizational skills for effective logistics management.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
