Lead a team of supervisors and professionals who are distributing Honeywell's world class innovative products. You will leverage your logistics experience and skills to lead some of the world's most talented distribution teams. You will use your advanced leadership abilities to drive safety, productivity, and exceptional quality in one of Honeywell’s strategic distribution center facilities. Through collaboration with cross functional teams, you will prioritize team workload and drive continuous improvement. As a manager, you will coach your team members in leadership and behavioral competencies in order to deliver high impact business results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible site operations including receiving, stocking, picking, and customer shipment.

• Lead a team of supervisors to execute day to day operations

• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, using Lean, 6 Sigma etc.

• Sponsor and lead projects to improve safety, quality, delivery, inventory accuracy, and productivity at the site

• Collaborate with customers and cross functional teams to resolve customer complaints.

• Assist site leader in developing site operational and financial AOP’s

• Develop the team of supervisors to be potential successors for this role.

• Ensure that the site meets or exceeds its AOP targets

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

Compensation & Benefits:

Incentive Eligible

Salary Range: $116,000-174,000

YOU MUST HAVE

• 5+ years of warehouse/distribution/logistics experience directly managing supervisors and employees

• 5+ years of Inventory Cycle Counting

• 5+ years Physical Inventory Leadership Experience

• 5+ years SAP experience

WE VALUE

• Advanced degree in logistics or business

• Advanced logistics/distribution/transportation knowledge

• Demonstrated leadership experience in coordinating and overseeing entry to senior level professionals

• Proven track record leading teams to successful product delivery

• Willingness to raise standards each year to drive organizational excellence

• Significant leadership experience

• Track record of improving team performance and work practice through team coaching

• Leaders who consistently make sound and timely judgments in ambiguous environment
