Description

We are seeking a bilingual French Canadian Customer Service Representative to join our team in the manufacturing industry located in Torrance, California. This role is centered around providing top-notch support to our consumers, retailers, and service centers, as well as promoting our brand by suggesting appropriate products and services. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Address customer complaints, resolving them effectively while maintaining a calm and polite demeanor.

• Foster strong, detail-oriented relationships with our customers, demonstrating empathy at all times.

• Deliver technical expertise on our products to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues.

• Precisely record customer information and details of inquiries in our databases.

• Participate in relevant training sessions and pass associated assessment tests to continually improve product knowledge and skills.

• Suggest recommendations on products and services to meet the customer's needs and interests, thereby promoting our brand.

• Relay any relevant feedback or observed trends to the leadership team.

• Provide first level support to our consumers, retailers, and service centers.

• Oversee customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.

• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

•Bilingual in French Canadian

•Proven experience working in a Call Center Customer Service role

• Strong knowledge of general Customer Service principles and practices

• Proficiency in Basic Troubleshooting to resolve customer issues effectively

• Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is highly desirable

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

• Strong problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and issues

• Proficiency in using customer service software and tools

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently

• Willingness to learn about the company's products and services to provide accurate information to customers

• High school diploma or equivalent education level

• Flexibility to work in shifts, during weekends, or on holidays if needed.
