Description We are offering an opportunity for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst in the Restaurants & Catering industry, located in Torrance, California. This role will involve enhancing the financial acumen and performance of our operations by providing actionable insights through reports and analysis. This position will require close collaboration with our Finance team and other departments.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in resolving common data accuracy issues with financial reporting and systems

• Coordinate the preparation and presentation of regional financial plans, interpreting trends and financial results

• Create and publish Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports in collaboration with Finance, Human Resources, and IT departments

• Develop financial reporting for various levels of management within the region, effectively communicating actionable and impactful insights

• Prepare and analyze board reports

• Utilize business models to develop projections for long-term analysis based on market conditions

• Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior management and restaurant operations

• Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting

• Lead the annual and quarterly budgeting and forecasting processes

This role requires proficiency in the following skills: Accounting Software Systems, CapEx, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP Solutions, Great Plains (GPAC), About Time, Accounting Functions, Budget Processes, and Expense Reporting. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with Capital Expenditure (CapEx) processes

• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems

• Knowledge of ERP Solutions

• Experience with Great Plains (GPAC) software

• Proficiency in About Time software

• Ability to perform Accounting Functions

• Knowledge of Budget Processes

• Experience in Expense Reporting

• Background in Finance within the Restaurants & Catering industry
