Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Bilingual Spanish Case Manager in Torrance, California. This role is focused on providing superior customer service and ensuring an excellent experience for all clients. The Project Assistant will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from managing timelines and organizing files to completing data entry and using various Microsoft Office tools. This is a valuable opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team in the telecom provider industry.

Responsibilities:

• Uphold the mission and core values of the organization by providing excellent customer service.

• Assist clients in navigating their care by providing necessary information and support.

• Process and review various forms and agreements with clients, ensuring clarity and informed decision-making.

• Verify client eligibility for services and assist with enrollment in benefits.

• Schedule initial treatment appointments for clients and ensure consistent follow-ups.

• Work closely with clients, families, and community agencies to coordinate and facilitate services.

• Perform wellness checks on existing clients and new referrals.

• Coordinate appointments and transportation services as needed to provide a seamless experience for clients.

• Maintain knowledge of agency activities and services to effectively communicate this information to clients.

• Develop potential intervention efforts in collaboration with therapists, demonstrating strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Participate actively in community outreach and promote the services offered by the organization.

• Complete necessary documentation for monitoring and billing purposes, adhering to the organization's standards and guidelines.

• Establish and maintain professional and positive relationships with staff, clients, and community providers.

Requirements • Minimum of three years of experience in a similar role or relevant field

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Experience with data entry and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy

• Strong customer service skills, with a focus on professional communication and client satisfaction

• Proven ability to manage timelines and meet deadlines

• Experience with organizing and maintaining files in a systematic manner

• Familiarity with shipping functions and procedures

• Ability to perform scanning tasks with attention to detail

• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing work environments

• Good problem-solving skills and ability to think critically

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
