Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Bookkeeper in Torrance, California. In this role, you'll be tasked with a variety of responsibilities including managing customer accounts, data entry, and scheduling appointments.

Responsibilities:

• Handling incoming calls and scheduling appointments as needed.

• Utilizing QuickBooks for bookkeeping purposes and maintaining financial records.

• Performing account reconciliations, including bank reconciliations.

• Managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Conducting month-end close procedures.

• Processing payroll in a timely and accurate manner.

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.

• Ensuring the accuracy of data entry tasks.

• Utilizing DocuSign and Google Docs for document management and collaboration. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Ability to conduct Bank Reconciliations

• Strong Bookkeeping skills

• Efficient Data Entry capabilities

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Month End Close operations

• Understanding of Payroll processes

• Proficiency in using QuickBooks software
