Alternating Weekly schedule – WK A: M-F 8am start; WK B: S-Th 6am start

Position Purpose:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Distribution Center Supervisor to oversee our replenishment and allocation functions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and demonstrate a deep understanding of inventory management, supply chain processes, and data analysis.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily replenishment operations to ensure timely and accurate stock levels.

  • Monitor and manage allocation processes, ensuring optimal distribution of products across various locations.

  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and improve replenishment accuracy.

  • Collaborate with procurement, inventory, and warehouse teams to streamline inventory flow and improve efficiency.

  • Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and stock-outs.

  • Use advanced analytical tools and systems to generate reports, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or supply chain operations.

Proven track record of managing replenishment and allocation processes in a distribution center environment.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make data-driven decisions.

Proficient in inventory management software, SAP, and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
