Position Overview

Autodesk's Trust Governance team is looking for a passionate and driven Business Intelligence Analyst with experience driving organizational change through rigorous data analysis. You will partner with several internal stakeholders across Trust and Autodesk to provide unbiased and actionable insights to help to improve our Trust risk posture. You will lead the creation of KPI's at a program and organizational level and drive data management, authenticity, and accuracy.

Our dynamic team is transforming our decisions and processes with actionable trust insights gained from meaningful analytics and measurement of the Autodesk trust experience.

You will be report to the Senior Manager, Trust Governance & M&A Integration

Location: Toronto, Ontario or Remote Canada

Responsibilities

  • Perform deep-dive analyses to understand trends, anomalies, and insights to highlight trust pain points and help build operational improvements

  • Lead the creation of program and organizational level KPI's by translating trust goals into functional data requirements and balancing them with technical feasibility

  • Craft data stories through presentations, written summaries, and data visualizations that provide applicable and unbiased customer intelligence

  • You will be a business analytics partner by identifying opportunities to lead operational improvements and value through analytical research

  • Independently build and manage relationships with important partners, including Director/VP level

  • You will manage and set partner expectations on project roadmaps, resourcing and deliverables

  • Collaborate with our partners on the development of insight-driven tools & dashboards and provide ongoing support regarding functionality and data-integrity

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics or Engineering) or equivalent practical experience

  • 5+ years in a business analytics lead role in the software industry

  • 2+ years of professional experience with SQL or other query languages

  • 3+ experience developing automated reporting dashboards in data visualization tools including Power BI and Looker

  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced modeling, creating visualizations) and Microsoft PowerPoint

  • Experience with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with scripting/statistical languages such as R, Python or equivalent

  • Experience setting up automated reporting pipeline and ETL process

  • Experience working cross-functionally with UX/UI designers, researchers, or product managers and consolidating qualitative and quantitative insights

  • You have experience managing complex projects

  • Passionate about identifying pain points in digital customer experience and influencing business decision making on experience enhancement

  • You take on new challenges and address difficult problems with innovative approach

  • You are a strong, empathetic, and influential communicator

  • You are open to new ideas and respectful of differing opinions/perspectives and adapt to change

  • You are driven and work independently
