Manulife Transformation Delivery Senior Analyst in Toronto, Ontario

The Transformation Delivery Senior Analyst plays a critical role in implementing strategic Salesforce initiatives, directly supporting our mission to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Transformation Delivery team and partners, providing comprehensive business analysis and project support

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of Salesforce Administrator hands on experience and comfortable with performing Salesforce Administration task such as user management, case management, basic configuration, building reports and dashboard.

  • University Degree or Post-Secondary completion.

  • Experience in implementing Salesforce configuration changes such as flows, fields, page layout, custom setting.

  • Improve the Salesforce Platform to enhance user experiences and design standard methodology solutions.

  • Act as Business Analyst to document use cases and translate them into business requirement; align with project scope and results.

  • Assist and support Transformation delivery director and Salesforce Product Owner to maintain JIRA epic, feature and stories update.

  • Partners with Transformation Delivery Director or Salesforce Product Owner to drive resolution of issues, track project progress against strategic objectives.

  • Support and implement a coordinated plan for assigned Salesforce initiative, ensuring key initiative metrics and success criteria are developed and achieved.

  • Documents and monitors all issues; recommend strategy to address and avoid operational risk and project roadblock.

  • Contact center experience and basic understanding of the customer lifecycle of a line of business are preferred.

  • Partners efficiently with multi-functional and virtual teams by demonstrating collaboration, adaptability, and influence.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort working in a rapidly changing environment and demonstrate interest in experimenting with emerging technologies, understanding the business impact.

  • Strong problem solving and demonstrate out of the box thinking.

  • Actively accepts change efforts and initiatives to handle project disruptions, identified as change agent to chip in to root cause analysis.

  • Actively supervises risks and blocking issues as needed; anticipates and mitigates risk

  • Drives the delivery of pivotal initiatives fundamental to the success of the segment/group strategy in partnership with a Transformation Delivery Lead (Manager or Director), initiative owners and teams; ensure business benefits are realized within set paraments of time, budget, etc.

  • Demonstrates coping mechanisms with pressures & setbacks Identifies blocking issues early and produces options for resolution.

  • Strong internal network, shares ideas, participates in brainstorming sessions.

  • Owns their career development and takes advantage of available resources to advance technical and business skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Contact center experience, an understanding of the customer lifecycle, and an ambitious spirit

  • Salesforce Trailhead Certification is an asset

  • AWS Connect softphone telephony knowledge and experience

Salary range is expected to be between

$61,350.00 CAD - $102,250.00 CAD
