Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of AEM projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to successfully deliver digital content solutions using AEM.
Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution: Manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure, including scoping, planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management for AEM implementations.
Team Collaboration: Act as a bridge between technical teams, business units, and stakeholders to define requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensure project objectives are met.
AEM Expertise: Provide leadership and expertise in AEM capabilities, architecture, and development best practices. Ensure that AEM solutions align with client and business needs.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, effectively communicating project status, risks, and challenges to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Agile Methodology: Drive Agile/Scrum practices in the development process, including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the technical quality of deliverables by collaborating with development teams and ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines.
Budget Management: Track project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure delivery within allocated resources.
Vendor & Client Coordination: Manage external vendors, third-party integrations, and client-facing engagements to ensure seamless collaboration and successful project outcomes.
Qualifications
7-10 years of experience in Technical Project Management , with hands-on experience with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) .
Strong understanding of AEM architecture, development, and deployment processes.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, including developers, UX/UI designers, QA, and business analysts.
Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies and able to drive projects in an Agile environment.
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to translate technical details into business context.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and adapting to changing priorities.
Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with other Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions (e.g., Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics) is a plus.
PMP, CSM, or other relevant project management certifications.
Background in digital marketing, e-commerce, or content management solutions.
Experience working with offshore/remote teams.
