Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an IT Project Manager to join one of Canada's top 5 banks for a 12 month project to start with high likelihood of extension pending performance. The successful candidate will be supporting a brand new data and security project focused on data exfiltration, strategic solutions, and secure data consumption for an enterprise-wide solution being implemented. This is for a new portfolio and we are looking for someone to run this, with a kickoff in November and 6 months of seed. The role needs someone who is not afraid of picking up new technology concepts, and is willing to learn. You will also be required to run with all your own financials as there isn't a supporting team that does this, so solid project financial experience at a bank is required. This role requires you to be onsite on Mondays and one Friday a month. There will be some ad-hoc in office days required depending on work load and work sessions.

Skills and Requirements

• Strong IT Project Management experience (App dev background highly preferred)

-Strong experience delivering Data Security projects **

-Previous banking experience

-Strong experience managing full project financials end to end

-Cloud experience (Azure is their platform and knowledge of cloud security specifically will make you successful in this role) -BI tools: tableau, SAS, Alteryx
