Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a dedicated Data Analytics Specialist to join our US Personal and Business Banking Data Analytics Center of Excellence within the Distribution Analytics team. This role focuses on supporting data administration and delivery for Sales Performance Management in Retail and Specialty Banking. As a member of the Performance Data Analytics team, you will collaborate to develop data solutions that address business questions and translate business requirements into functional requirements and user stories for developers. You will be responsible for delivering accurate, actionable information that provides business insights and supports daily operations. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and resolve technology and business-related issues, manage the end-to-end process of data sourcing, importing, cleaning, transforming, validating, and modeling data into meaningful outputs such as charts, graphs, tables, and dashboards. You will address day-to-day operational issues with data, including data source problems, code bugs, and understanding the impact of business requirements on data. Ensuring code delivery aligns with agreed standards, project timelines, and product enhancements is also a key responsibility. You will trace data across various databases and understand how business requirements affect it, generate actionable reports and recommendations on data and processes, and implement improvements when appropriate. Supporting development and testing activities and performing other duties as assigned are also part of the role. We are looking for someone with a passion for data solutions and analytics, strong problem-solving and debugging skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and experience with data management and analytics tools. Skills and Requirements

Proven experience writing SQL (including complex joins) and working with large enterprise level datasets

 Strong experience working with Power BI, Tableau, and other reporting platforms

 Ability to work with a variety of databases such as Netezza, Hadoop, SQL Server

 Experience with Enterprise level data systems and processes

 Strong problem-solving and issue resolution skills

 SAS Programming experience (preferred) null
