What you'll be doing

As a Sr Analyst you will play a key role in analytics & reporting and providing Business intelligence to business unit. This role is an independent contributor and requires 3 years’ experience in the area of reporting and providing business intelligence preferably in a banking and finance environment. The candidate should have hands on experience in using Analytics tools such as SQL, SAS and Power Bi and Power Automate. Extracting data though complex queries and converting them into meaningful dashboards will how a typical day would look like.

How You’ll Succeed

  • Provide Business Intelligence You will be one of a key point of contact who will ensure key KPI’s are accurately extracted , cleaned and Interpreted. You will ensure to provide Business intelligence on KPI that is performing to the target and where wehave opportunities to improve.

  • Improving Analytical Efficiency – Identify Gaps , Develop and implement automation on repeated reporting, manage validations and checks to increase efficiency.

  • Relationship management – You build strong relationships internally and externally. You understand views of various stakeholders and facilitate problem solving to find the best solution for our clients, employees and stakeholders

  • Team Player & Leadership – Provide technical guidance to your peers, stakeholders and working team members.

  • Attention to Detail, Accountability and Strong Communication - You will document your recommendations and communicate with management and business partners to obtain support to move forward. You will Constantly challenge the Status quo aiming Automation and efficiency.
