Job Description:

The Cybercrime Senior Manager will play a pivotal role on the Cybercrime Senior Leadership Team which is focused on protecting TD customers from digital threats. The Senior Manager will be the leader of the Customer Authentication Strategy & Performance (CASP) team. The leader will be responsible for the overall program strategy, focusing on maturing capabilities to adapt to emerging cybercrime threats while ensuring effective performance through governance and oversight. Responsibilities include overseeing three teams: adaptive strategy, control performance and model performance. Seeking a leader with experience working in a dynamic environment running an operational program while also setting strategic direction.

  • Establishing governance and oversight of the program

  • Defining and publishing capability scorecards and publishing performance

  • Ensuring stakeholder cadence meetings are effective; to include socializing and obtaining agreement to program roadmap, change management and issue resolution.

  • Identifying new methods to detect, inspect, research and mitigate threats to clients via device and behavrioal inspection.

  • Continuous review and improvement of metrics and reporting; establishing and publishing executive level metrics.

  • Ensuring process and procedures are documented and are being followed.

  • Vendor management to ensure service quality.

Depth & Scope:

  • Provide enterprise-wide subject matter expertise on customer identity and authentication as it relates to cybercrime.

  • Identifies opportunities for capability improvements and executes positive change.

  • Ensure teams responds to incidents, provides guidance, research and root cause analysis and develops remediation plans.

  • Analysis and contribution of enterprise level metrics and reporting

  • Prioritizes and manages team workload in order to deliver quality results and meet timelines from stakeholders.

Job Description:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and work experience required.

  • 10+ years related experience required.

  • Experience in identity and authentication including the underlying technologies and architecture required.

  • Strong understanding of SQL and python or equivalent technologies required.

  • CISSP, Security+, or other Cybersecurity certifications preferred.

Preferred Qualifications / Attributes:

  • Strong interpersonal communications skills

  • Critical thinker with attention to detail

  • Strong technical writing and procedural documentation skills

  • Experience within financial services

  • Ability to adapt to changing customer requirements and priorities.

  • Ability to independently identify, address and resolve issues.
