Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager
Job Description:
In this role, you'll be driving performance marketing for Sage Intacct—a leading B2B SaaS financial management solution and the only software endorsed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA)—the world’s largest association serving accounting professionals. This prestigious endorsement underscores the credibility and effectiveness of Sage Intacct in transforming the way accounting firms operate, and you can play a critical role in driving its growth through the Sage Intacct Accountants Program (SIAP).
As the Senior Performance Marketing Manager for our North American SIAP segment, you will lead data-driven marketing campaigns that fuel pipeline growth and revenue across the US and Canada. To succeed in this role, you'll bring strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and strong analytical skills, with a proven track record in demand generation, lead nurturing, and marketing automation. Effective communication skills will support your cross-functional collaboration with product marketing, partner marketing, external agencies, sales, and other key stakeholders.

Location: Hybrid; 3 days of in-office collaboration from our Vancouver or Toronto office.
Minimum Qualifications:
• 5 years of B2B full-funnel performance/demand generation/growth marketing experience.
You can provide examples of effectively:
• Building and driving demand gen programs from the ground up, demonstrating initiative in developing strategies and execution.
• Orchestrating campaigns across marketing channels specifically email, webinars, events, and close collaboration in support of SDRs efforts.
• Utilizing your deep analytical skills, experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau), and a strong grasp of marketing metrics and KPIs.
• Utilizing ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies and tools.
• Collaborating across sales and marketing teams, understanding its value, and being adaptable, influential, and proactive.

• Develop and execute full-funnel demand generation strategies, including integrated campaigns across account-based marketing (ABM), email, events, third-party associations, webinars, and digital platforms, to drive qualified leads and sales opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team and product marketing and partner marketing to align on target accounts, messaging, and lead follow-up.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize results and manage the lead funnel from marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) to sales-qualified opportunities (SQOs).
• Manage the demand generation budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
• Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in demand generation and digital marketing.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, education, and experience. Certain provinces in Canada require job postings to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range applicable to the role. For this role, in those locations, the target base salary range for new hires is C$111,000 to C$120,000. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in a bonus plan (20%) based on company and individual performance. Our talent acquisition team will provide specific opportunities on our bonus or incentive programs. The range listed is just one component of the Sage total compensation package.
