What you'll be doing
As the Senior Analyst, Outcome Based Testing, you will have support responsibilities in Outcome Based Testing (OBT) discipline for Canadian Banking and will be working collaboratively with business partners to constantly ensure that high impact business outcomes continue to deliver as expected, through constant collaboration with internal partners, such as Technology, as well as any external partners. You will be a member of an independent team executing business validation activities for the Canadian Banking Segment Business Units. Contribution spans from identifying critical business outcomes for respective Product Lines, to supporting corresponding testing approach by leveraging applicable data/process/system maps and to validating expected business outcomes against a representative sample from actual production systems. The mandate will be to support the effective governance and operation of the Outcome Based Testing practices for the entire Canadian Banking business segment of CIBC.

How you'll succeed
Governance and Adherence Support - Support maintenance and adherence to the OBT Framework governing the OBT Program in Canadian Banking. Support maintenance and adherence to all Guidelines and Best Practices material, including any required supporting material for adoption, training and sustainment activities. Support the coordination of the OBT Governance Committee where prioritization of proposed scope is approved. Support the Execution and Governance function for testing Outcome That Matter based on current processes, engaging subject matter experts/control partners and followed by a change management discipline to address outcome findings.
Documentation Support - Support documentation of business processes, business rules, process flows and mapping. Support systematic filing and repository managements for OBT records and artifacts. Support the maintenance of the collaboration tools such as MS Teams channels, Sharepoint, selected data repository, etc. Support tracking, reporting and monitoring the execution of OBT cycles approved by the OBT Governance Committee to ensure comprehensive coverage of high risk business outcomes across Canadian Banking client offerings.

You have a degree/diploma. In Business, Commerce, and/or related field.
You can demonstrate experience. Working experience within the banking/financial sector in analyst and/or administrative roles an asset.
