Job Description
We’re looking for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, loves lifestyle and current events, and thrives on connecting with people, to produce segments on Canada’s top daytime shows.
Produce engaging, creative, informative and entertaining live interviews, demos and studio segments
Chase and book the strongest guests.
Source the best video, images, and audio to support segments or to creatively tell stories.
Prepare thorough research support for the show hosts on a wide variety of subjects.
Generate interesting, original and current story ideas and angles for live, daily studio shows
Create relationships with Canada’s diverse communities to make sure the show reflects Canada’s broad experience and reality
Critical Qualifications
2 - 3 years of proven experience as a Segment Producer
Superior skills planning and executing unique in-studio segments
Experience working in a live environment
Strong interest and background in lifestyle, entertainment, current events and pop culture.
Proven ability to chase and book guests
Exceptional communication skills – both oral and written
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while maintaining focus and composure.
Ability to work well in a team and be self-motivated, positive attitude a must.
Preferred Qualifications

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.

Job Status: Temporary - Part time
Job Location: Canada : Ontario : Toronto
Work Arrangement: Full-time in office (meaning that you will be required to perform your work on-site)
