Job description:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the SAP S/4 Hana Transformation Program by developing a robust PMO framework, managing stakeholder engagement, and driving project planning and execution. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of SAP project management experience, strong leadership skills, and relevant certifications like PMP or PRINCE2.

Key responsibilities:

• Program Management: Lead the development and implementation of the PMO framework for the SAP Transformation Program.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and external vendors.

• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

• Performance Monitoring: Track project progress, performance metrics, and deliverables to ensure alignment with project goals.

• Change Management: Oversee change management processes, including communication strategies and training plans.

• Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status, risks, and issues.

• Compliance: Ensure all project activities comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements

Required Skills

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on SAP implementations. Must have worked in at least 3-4 full implementations.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is highly desirable
