Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a QA Lead to join the team with one of our largest banking clients. The QA Lead will work closely with the agile technology teams to align and ensure best practices and standards are being followed. They will also work with the teams to establish new processes and tooling, ensuring the processes are well documented and communicated to teams, including training where applicable among the below responsibilities:

• Ensure QA standards and best practices for the Technology teams are well-documented

• Lead and govern the Technical Automation QA Chapter

• Ensure test cases are robust and thorough across all the Technology agile teams

• Work with the Technology teams and QA Staff Engineer to ensure QA is conducted and signed off on before final UAT testing (ie. agile QA/ UAT is pre-prod validation check)

• Own the QA sign-off report process and ensure it's complete and communicated before the final UAT

• Work with TAE Chapter to create automation frameworks, document and ensure all Technology teams are trained

• Work closely with DevOps teams (DX-OPs, ATS-OPs & mobile-Ops) to integrate QA automation into CI/CD workflows

• Establish and monitor KPIs

Skills and Requirements

• An excellent end-to-end understanding of QA processes and can organize others to drive product excellence

• Experience working with back-end, web front-end, and native mobile apps

• Experience building test cases (BDD) and test plans

• Experience working with Cucumber/ Gherkin JS

• Java-based Appium with Flutter Selector Support

• Familiarity with mocking services

• Experience with setting up and executing load tests (Blazemeter)

• Experience performing testing with tools like TestRail, JMeter/ Blazemeter, Postman, Browserstack, Selenium, Appium

• Strong written and verbal communication

• Ability to plan and lead projects and advise on industry best practices null
