This is a hybrid Technical Navigator and Developer role.

In this role, you will oversee critical applications for Investment Platform, ensuring stability, performance, and rapid incident resolution. You’ll provide hands-on troubleshooting, implement fixes, and optimize system reliability, coordinating with cross-functional teams to address and resolve issues effectively. This role includes participation in an on-call pager rotation, where you’ll respond to incidents after hours as needed to minimize downtime and ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with problem-solving and communication skills, serving as a key technical lead liaison to stakeholders and business partners, continuously improving production support processes.

Is this role right for you? In this role you will:

  • Show proven ability to deliver projects using Agile methodologies and lean approach techniques.

  • Communicate proactively with all stakeholders to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions. and implement efficiency improvements.

  • Establish priorities, standards, and strategies consistent with technology roadmap, business goals and economic viability.

  • Work with application owners to help understand Software Currency needs, and technical constraints to establish the scope of the project and define and deliver complex features.

  • Understand business requirements & Bank standards and translate them into technical guidelines for development.

  • Lead Software Currency initiatives and manage diverse projects by providing guidance to development teams around intricacies and complexities of zero-based development.

  • Provide input to the continuous improvement of processes and adopting latest technologies and methodologies.

  • Coach for effective teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment across groups to help create an agile culture in the team.

  • Coach teams to re-build or build from scratch applications based on latest technology.

  • Meet product owners, project sponsors, project stakeholders on a regular basis and help technical teams to identify, define, and specify solutions

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required

  • 3-5 years of development experience required
