Manulife Procurement Engagement and Change Lead in Toronto, Ontario
Job Description
As the Procurement Engagement and Change Lead , you will play a key role in establishing Procurement’s NPS program, driving effective communication strategies, managing change initiatives, and overseeing training programs across all procurement activities, including source-to-pay, supplier diversity, risk management, and more. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a strong background in change management and organizational development.
Key Accountabilities:
ProcureConnect Platform
Manage the ProcureConnect platform to ensure it meets the needs of the procurement function and its stakeholders.
Oversee the maintenance of the platform, ensuring it is user-friendly and efficient.
NPS Program
Establish and manage Procurement's Net Promoter Score (NPS) program to measure and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Develop and implement strategies to gather, analyze, and act on NPS feedback.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer feedback and drive continuous improvement.
Communication Strategy
Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to support procurement initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Create and distribute clear, concise, and consistent communications to various stakeholders, including executives, suppliers, and internal teams.
Manage communication channels and tools to enhance transparency and engagement across the procurement function.
Change Management
Lead change management efforts for procurement projects, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
Design and execute change management plans, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and resistance management.
Collaborate with procurement leaders to identify and address change-related challenges and opportunities.
Training and Development
Oversee the design, development, and delivery of training programs for procurement staff and stakeholders.
Ensure training initiatives align with procurement best practices, compliance requirements, and organizational objectives.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making improvements as needed.
Qualifications:
Graduate of bachelor’s degree or above in Communications, Change Management or related field
Minimum 7 years of related working experience with a proven track record of success
Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into business- and value-focused language. A key requirement is to communicate clearly and consistently keeping collaborators well-informed of progress and challenges
Enthusiastic about people development, including team engagements, training and development
Experienced in working with non-local team members from other global regions
Must be willing to collaborate with teams in Asia in corresponding time zone
Relevant accreditation (e.g: in Procurement, PMP, Prosci, Six Sigma) an asset

Salary range is expected to be between
$84,375.00 CAD - $151,875.00 CAD
