About the Role

This position is responsible for final testing on Lens Assembly builds (MTF).

Primary Responsibilities

• Optical testing and set up of assemblies and sub-assemblies

• Part and assemble inspection and set up using CMM

• Detailed technical data record keeping and reporting

• Test equipment set up and maintenance

  Desired Education and Experiences

• Diploma in Mechanical or Optical principles

• Theoretical and practical knowledge of optical testing methods an asset

• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and optical drawings

• Working knowledge of Interferometers (ZYGO) an asset

• Ability to run code V and Zemax optics software
