What You’ll Be Doing
As an integral part of our Open Banking Innovation team, the Manager, Open Banking will report to the Director, Open Banking Strategy. You will play a critical role in shaping the engagement and communication for employees and clients around open banking and driving alignment with key stakeholders.

How You’ll Succeed
Communications Plan Development - Develop and execute a comprehensive communications plan to support Open Banking Initiatives. Lead the creation and execution of communication strategy tailored to support the rollout of Open Banking Initiatives, ensure alignment with organizational goals
Cross-functional Collaboration - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and ensure messaging is cohesive for internal and external stakeholders that support strategic objectives
Stakeholder Alignment - Facilitate consistent communication with government agencies, industry bodies, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders to ensure message consistency and reinforce the impact and benefits of Open Banking
Change Management - Lead communication efforts during key transitions, ensuring stakeholders are informed, engaged, and prepared for changes related to Open Banking processes, operations and policies, thus fostering smooth adoption
Impact & Performance Monitoring - Monitor and analyze the impact of communication efforts, providing regular reports to leadership
Collaboration - Maintains ongoing productive relationships with Stakeholders, Senior Management across CBIC Digital & Open Banking Business Partners such as Legal, Compliance, Project Management Office, Technology, Channels, Client Experience, Business Controls, and GORM
Who You Are
You can demonstrate 2 to 3 years of work experience in delivery environment. Its an asset if you have work experience in the financial industry or open banking
