Position Title: Manager, Maintenance Cost Control- Vaccines

Your job, as a Manager, Maintenance Cost Control within ETS Excellence & Resource Controls is to ensure that all aspects of Engineering Technical Services (ETS) Operations Activities (including but not limited to: Maintenance Operations, Reliability, Metrology and etc.) are accomplished within funding parameters. Provide support to various ETS platform leaders on annual budgeting, cost updates, purchase orders. Implement and maintain cost management database for ETS. Further, to be part of the ETS Excellence team to assist in the development and implementation of change initiatives. This individual will also manage the Cost Control team and the continuous improvement of Controls systems related to ETS functions.

Main responsibilities:

• Managing and oversee daily operations of Maintenance Cost Control 20%

• Process, manage and Track Purchase Orders and invoices in eBuy, iSHIFT and e@sy invoices 30%

• Actively monitor and manage any deviations, analyze the impact of the changes to, cost, risk and ensure complete compliance to Cost Control Management process 10%

• Support and maintain Engineering Technical Services Operations Budgeting activities 10%

• Support month-end and year-end Engineering Technical Services Maintenance Cost Control activities 10%

• Support implementation of change initiatives in ETS 5%

About you

• Honours Bachelor Degree for University Technical Program, preferrably in a Science Discipline.

• At least 5 years of experience in similar role

• Proven Knowledge of and User Experience within an S.A.P. environment and Purchase to Pay processes.

• Demonstrated ability, through previous work experience, to work in a constantly changing, fast paced, Environment.

• A proven ability at development, implementation and execution of cost management databases and SAP Systems.
