Job Description:

DaaS (Data as a Service) Corporate – Risk Product Group

We are looking for an IT support analyst to join the Operations & Support pod who will thrive in this fast-paced environment, who finds satisfaction not only in delivering effective quality support/solutions but also enjoys working with a friendly and diverse team of professionals.

Job Description:

  • This resource is required to support application daily and monthly operational activities; Daily loads/ extracts and communicate with all technology and business stake holders providing status updates.

  • Support analysis, design and testing on CRDM projects and enhancements; including but not limited to Basel Projects, Internal Risk Reporting initiatives and enhancements.

  • Work with business stakeholders and other SMEs to assess current capabilities, understand high-level business requirements and apply technical background/understanding in the development of System Requirements Specification (SRS) documents

  • Support testing teams in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, user acceptance, and operational acceptance testing; participate in the testing of developed systems/solutions

  • Adhere to existing processes/standards including the system development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodology (PMLC), business technology architecture, risk and production capacity guidelines and escalate issues as required

  • Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance productivity, effectiveness and operational efficiency of the business unit and/or team

  • Establish effective relationships across multiple business and technology partners, program and project managers

  • Work on SLA refresh across all upstream/downstream systems/business partners

  • Support ITS Driven Initiatives – remediation of hardware and software patches, upgrades, system migration

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of business analysis principles

  • Experience with SDLC methodology - analysis, design, test execution

  • Experience with SQL server management tools and writing queries would be an asset

  • Experience with MS Office, mainly Excel

  • Experience using JIRA (Change Management Tracking tool) would be an asset

  • Performs work on all aspects of the business analyst process from end to end (e.g., user requirements, functional specs, test strategy, test plans, scripts, implementation strategy, user training, etc.)

  • Familiarity with Information security Principles and Practices at TD, including Change Order process (COs), creation and managing service now tickets related to user /NPID access management would be an asset.

  • Strong written and communication skills.

Hours:

M-F, 8:30am – 5:00pm

Hybrid – 2 days a week in office
