Google Global Product Lead, gTech Analytics, Products and Tools in Toronto, Ontario

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5 years of experience in a project/program management, consulting, or client facing role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with both technical and business stakeholders and users.

  • Knowledge of global sales and customer service operations, platforms, and tools.

gTech’s Analytics, Products and Tools team (gAPT) leverages deep user

insights and gen AI technology to improve or automate Google's Ads customer support experiences. gAPT partners closely with gTech’s Support, Professional Services, Product Management, and Software Development teams to simplify our Ads support products and build the productivity tools ecosystem for gTech users. We are leaders of the customer experience, advocating for big-picture visions, feature requests, and offering product improvements backed by data-driven insights. Our work enables gTech teams to deliver delightful support to our customers.

As a Global Product Lead, you will work directly with Product Management (PM), Software Development, and User Experience (UX) to design, develop, and launch capabilities and improvements for servicing customers. You will represent the Ads Service organizations, translating their needs into requirements. In this role, join a fast-paced team and work cross-functionally with key partners across gTech Ads, Sales, Finance, Product Management, Software Development, and UX.

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand key business needs related to gTech anchor tools.

  • Set the vision and strategy for Sales and Services platforms and tools, identify strategic solutions, and influence the product and platform roadmaps.

  • Manage the delivery, performance, and user satisfaction of anchor tool components and features.

  • Clearly articulate prioritized business needs and customer pain points to the Product Management team and influence their roadmap to address these needs.

  • Ensure transparency around systems development, providing key information to communicate and educate the business on capabilities and investments.
